Vampire Weekend Join Iceland Airwaves Line-Up
If you're a broadsheet type, then you'll be aware that festival season is supposed to end with Bestival. Not so! Even though it's quite far away (October) and we're not sure if we're going yet, we're getting quite excited about Iceland Airwaves, partly because it's in Iceland which is dead exotic, and partly because the line-up is looking extremely tasty. And that's tasty + Vampire Weekend, as of today.

Karen O plays solo show, sailor-style
New York never seemed so far away as it did last night, when Karen O debuted her new solo project Native Korean Rock to a tiny crowd in Brooklyn. We, obviously, were not there. However, blogs Music Slut and Self-Titled did attend, and this is what we learned from them.
